0260(5) Following items were accessible and removed by owner Nicole Espinoza during the on-site inspection on February 22, 2022; these items were going to be inaccesible to children during child care hours: In the toddler room - bathroom had a broom and mop. In the hallway leading to the toddler and pre-k rooms was a vacuum cleaner. In the Pre-K room - bathroom had a broom and mop. In the preschool room - a toilet brush, broom and mop. In the outdoor fenced front yard - a snow shovel.
